    My new blower Poulon Pro 200 came from the factory with a defective sparkplug. I used less than hour and it went dead and wouldn't crank. Took to repairman referred by Poulon . Cost of service call was 15 dollars. Warranty did not cover. I know plugs are excluded BECAUSE NORMALLY IT WOULD BE A TUNE UP, but this one came from factory with a defective plug. I am requesting a review AND I WANT MY 15 DOLLARS BACK . pLEASE RESPOND ASAP.
