I just bought a Model: Z254 Purchase Date: 03/28/2016
Warranty: 3 Year Limited
The front right wheel was bent the skid plate underneath deck was bent instead of sending it back like I should have in retrospect I fixed it myself. It has been a wet spring so not used much but now i can't get it to mow level keeps leaving grass behind it not cut I have tried to adjust height to level but it still won't mow right have to mow yard twice to get all of the grass cut and a somewhat level cut. I can't send it back Amazon has only 30 day return will Husqvarna fix this. Thanks

Most likely not as warranty item as it is shipment damage and that you should had filed a claim with carrier for the damages and had it fixed by an authorized repair shop. Most carriers have a strict time limits on filing claims. With UPS I know you must contact the shipper as they are the ones that need to file the claims and not the receiver. Other carriers have different procedures for filing claims.
