    Question:
I have a new Husqvarna 240 chain saw. Used it three times and now when I go to start it it floods really really easily. Spark plug is soaking wet after only a few pulls. I read that its possible the membranes inside the carb are torn. Nope. I took the carburetor apart to check. When I put it all back together, I blew everything out with compressed air so it was "dry" of fuel. I pulled the string and it started right up but then shut off within a few seconds. It flooded. There's too much fuel inbound. Any ideas? What should I look for? What are the two screws on the side marked H and L that are on the carburetor?

Jesse, You are definitely looking in the right area for your fuel problem, But I would suggest you take it to an Authorized Husqvarna Dealer especially If its a new saw, and its probably under warranty. If its an adjustment problem of the (L) Low or (H) high carburetor settings, it should only take the dealer 5 minutes to tweak these up, and typically No charge, If he is a reputable place. However it could also be in the Carburetor, and the internal fuel inlet needle valve may need an adjustment. If you would like to know more about Carburetors, I highly recommend reading both "Walbro.com" and "Zama.com", these are two of the carburetor manufacturers, and they have some really good reading material. I suspect that your Model 240, probably has a "Zama" carburetor, Of course there are many different models, so you would have to know the carburetor model number too. I hope this Info helps!
