Question:

I have a 18 inch Husqvarna chainsaw. Can I adapt it to a 20 inch by purchasing a 20 inch bar and chain without changing the sprocket?

Depends on the model and if it can supply enough oil for oiling the chain. Some can not handle a BNC larger than 18" due power and oiling issues.
