    Question:
Bought a HU700H RWD mower from Lowes yesterday. The rear wheels won't disengage and allow me to pull the mower backwards. I adjusted the pull and it is set to its most loose position. I flipped the mower upside down to check if the transmission was falling to help disengage the wheels and it's fine. What else can I look at?

Have you tried pushing slightly forward after releasing the engagement handle? Sometimes the wheel clutches don't release unless the tension on them is released.

I will try it tomorrow and get back to you.  Thanks.
