If your just changing the wheels themselves it is just one nut that is removed per wheel.
But if your changing the adjuster it is a little more involved. As you remove the wheel, the retaining clip on the drive gear, the drive gear, the clutch pin behind the drive gear, the dust cover, remove the two or three nuts inside the frame holding the adjuster, and then remove the adjuster. Might be a little hard to slide off if any rust is involved. Installation is the reverse order.
