Walk Behind Lawn Mowers

I have a Husqvarna HU800AWD Mower. I am trying to mulch with it and about every 30 feet or so the mower spits out a bunch of un-mulched grass. When done mowing my yard looks like crap!. Clumps of un-mulched grass are all over. I have to go over it 3x sometimes to mulch up the clumps. It has been like this since new. I bought it in early March. It bags perfectly. The design of the bag plug is not long enough and grass builds up there. It will then fall down and clump up on my lawn. This mower was not cheap! I replaced it with a 20 + year ols Honda plastic deck mower that frankly still does a better job than this new Husqvarna does!!!!!! What is being done about this??? I can clearly see it is a common issue on your complaint boards.
