    Question:
I just purchased an RZ4623 zero turn mower.

I went on line to register the warranty and it requires the serial number of the mower.

I could not find it anywhere on the mower.

I called the toll-free number and spent about 30 minutes with them telling me it is on a label under the seat.

It is nowhere to be found.

No label, no number etched into the frame, etc.

    Can you help me?

    Thanks!

It's on the left side (drivers) on the main frame tube. White sticker with black type print.  Just behind and under the hand brake.

      Good luck,

I have the same issue.  The number is not where suggested above nore anywhere else as far as I can see.  If there is a serial number I can not find it.  I called Lowe's where I purchased the mower and they could not find a serial number on any of the mowers they have in stock.  I will register using the motor number and see if I can at least get on the books as registered.  I am concerned that if I have trouble that I will not have a serial number and any warranty will not be honored.  Can you send me a number so I can go back in and update my registration with a correct serial number?  I think Husqvarna may have a problem here?  I absolutely love my new mower.

Things may have changed but where the brake is on the left side did you check all foursides of the square tubing?  Otherwise I would look everywhere a flat sticker could be placed.  Good luck.
