I have been denied warranty due to "fuel related issue"? Esc#93168624
I am extremey upset. I own a business and am a homeowner. I will switch to echo or stihl, or someone that values there customers.I have an old hand held echo that is still kicking and its almost 10 years old!! Yet now I spent good money on this backpack blower by Husqvarna and it is junk in less than a year!! I have purchased Husqvarna in past but all this will change if i can not get them to honor the warranty. The unit has less than 10 tanks through it, I mixed at 50:1 as usual and was used for my home only!! Even used premium 2 mix and fuel, as i do for all my machines! This machine seemed a bit touchy from the beginning,but thought it was nothing. Now, barely a year from purchase at lowes, it has failed. Dealer says cylinder is washed out, and now cooperate is sticking me with the bill!!! They are refusing to pay for the repair under warranty. I am beside myself. What good is the warranty if they (you) can simply make up reasons to deny claim?!
I want my blower repaired, as it should be! Otherwise i will be a very unhappy customer, and will make it known to all my associates, friends and family.
