    Question:
Where is my rebate info? I bought a 562xp on 10/10/2014 and filed the rebate form online. I was supposed to get an email verifying it went through but got nothing. I tried the "check your rebate status" several times on your website but it says the specified client doesn't exit. Now I'm thinking my rebate info never went through. Who can I call to find out what is going on.

This has been a HUGE amount of time wasting problems for a small $25 rebate.

whatever you do, don't change your email address in the coming year-(years).  a response should come at or about the time warranty ends and you need it.

at least, that is the schedule in charlotte, NC.  the other businesses in the industrial park said you must drive stakes into the ground to tell whether they are moving or not...

so pop some corn and kick back, it could be a bit of a wait...

Sorry, this is not an answer.  I am having the same problem though and I think anyone else who is trying to claim a rebate probably is too.  I get an error message telling me to contact another company for support.  Unfortunately the email address provided does not seem to work.  I agree this is a waste of time for a small rebate.  It almost seems intentional,  offer a small rebate to boost sales,  but make it next to impossible to claim and no one will get the rebate.

there is no-one steering the ship at Husqvarna.  they shipped a $1000.00 saw to me that no-one could make run, or even start, or even threaten to start. I repair/re-build chainsaws professionally.   finally, after hours of diagnostic testing, I discovered it was shipped with a CRV that would stay open and the saw could not compress the mixture enough to ignite it.  so what did Husqvarna do?  they sent me a new CRV that sticks open just like the original CRV.

I emailed Husqvarna 4 times in the past 3 months and have never had a response.

the black eye that this sort of mismanagement causes will never fully heal.  once enough people talk to enough other people about the complacent attitudes at Husqvarna, the sales numbers will begin to taper and eventually suffer a downward trend that is on a big enough spiral to draw attention.

there are new chainsaw manufacturers gaining market share every day.

Hallelujah!  After 43 tries I got the rebate screen to at least acknowledge that I submitted something.  Whether or not that actually makes it to someone's desk who writes cashable checks is yet to be known.   Stay tuned.

Where can you check on the rebate?  I can't find that screen.

don't look now, but you have already spent more on trying to get the rebate, than the rebate is rebating...

I just checked on my "rebate" and got "The specified client does not exist" reply.

I am back to square one.   This is not fun.  There has got to be someone I can actually talk to and resolve this.   Any one got a phone number?

I purchased a backpack blower 130BT and was supposed to ge a $20 rebate.   I was informed that I did not qualify but when i called to ask why, they said there was a mistake and i did qualify for a $10 rebate.   They can change the amount just like that?   I am searching for my paperwork that said it was $20 but only have my registration printed out.   Can anyone shed some light on this?
