    Question:
I tried to register my 324DLX String Trimmer via online registration and always received an error message when I clicked submit.

When will this problem be fixed by Husqvarna?
    Details:

Poor website sub-routines.  Please fix and send me an email when everyone can register their new products.  Seems the products work well but the internet support does not.

        BEWARE!!!

To qualify for the extended warranty of certain products now being offered. (buy *** get 1-2 years additional warranty) you MUST register your product ON LINE!!!!

It is impossible to do so.  The Rep said it was "problem" with the system and to print the on line form and send it to NC with the other necessary documentation.  Except the on-line form cannot be printed.  Even if you select then print you do not get the Husqvarna logo...

        Hum.... very interesting...

I am also having he same problem.  Just purchased a YTH2348 tractor and the online registration system will not accept the form.  Odd that there isn't an email link to the webmaster.  I hope this gets fixed soon.

I had the same problem, finally supposedly registering my 223L on the site and getting the Thank You page, but never an email to get the confirmation number in order to sign up for the two year extension for buying accessories. I called the contact number on the website and talked with someone at "dixiesales.com". She found my registration in the system and gave me a confirmation number. She then asked that i email her with that confirmation number and a scan of the receipt and she would forward it to the correct people. I did that last Wednesday (now Sunday), but have not received any further information on whether I actually received the extension. I just now logged on and the site said I never completed the registration of my account; it needed me to add a user name and password. Don't know why it didn't ask for that before.

Seems like their product registration, especially in connection with their connecting advertised specials, needs some work.
