All of the red asterisk fields must be filled in with legitimate Info, the other fields are optional. The Husqvarna Part number and Serial number must be entered just the way they appear on the the chainsaw name tag, use the same format of numbers, letters, & spaces. If a drop down menu appears with an arrow next to the field, then use the drop down arrow, and select from those choices given.
