Chainsaws

I have a 2007 350 chainsaw and am experiencing what I hear is a common problem with this saw. The muffler bolts continue to work loose and now the head threads are stripped. My dealer says the problem is caused by a combination of vibration and the design. Is there any remedy available from Husqvarna to assist owners with the cost of repair since this is quite possibly a design issue? I do not see the wisdom in spending over $250.00 to replace the head and piston assembly when the problem can reoccur.
