Hello,
I purchased through Amazon a grass 255-4 blade attachment for my 324 LD. However, the blade came with a plastic handle that would be used to help control the trimmer. The hardware that came with the unit to attach the handle was not the appropriate one. I called Husqvarna support for the right hardware, and I received a set of screws that were not appropriate either for the correct installation. As well, the blade came with 3 instruction manuals but neither one was in English or understandable Spanish. I also asked for the instruction manual, not available online, but it was never sent to me. I am at my wits end with this purchase, I was wondering if there is a better way to contact you by phone to deal with this issue. The plastic L-handle doesn't look professional or sturdy enough to control the torque created by the blade attachment, plus the hardware provided by Husqvarna is either the wrong one or too cheap to attach properly and safely to the unit. Other similar trimmer products from your competitors provide a U-shaped metal handle, does Husqvarna have one or something that will work better than that plastic L handle?
