    why dont you include a carb adjusting tool with your chain saws i have a poulan pro and a poulan wild thing and had the same problem with both of them.would not run properly and needed to adjust carb and that is not easy without tool.going to repair centre was not an option because we are 50 miles away

    Hi Gordon,

    Thanks for using Answer Army. Due to EPA Government Regulations only dealers / service centers will be able to adjust carbs. Manufacturers will not be able to sell these tools to consumers. Again due to EPA regulations anyone caught selling this tool to an individual can be fined up to $3500 for each offence each day the tool is in service.
