Why does your consumer support phone # not work. It is just a recording that says to hold while your call is transferred, but IT NEVER IS TRANSFERRED. If you select the only options 1 or 2 then the phone is disconnected. 1-800-487-5951. We have tried for 2 weeks now and it is the same thing. Buyer beware. There is NO WAY to call if you have a problem with their products. I am frustrated and angry. Our mower is under warranty, but we are being told by the authorized service center that the problem is not covered. And we have no way to speak to anyone from the company. Now we are out $$ that should be covered under warranty. Actually the service center told us the problem our mower has should never happen after years of use and we have not had our mower very long. BUYER BEWARE. We will be posting on every social media site and on line site we can find.
