    Question:
I bought a RZ 3016 zero turn riding mower 6-12-10 and the deck belt has broken at the one of the joints. Is this belt covered under the warranty? There is no sign of wear on the belt it just broke while engauging?

    Glenn,

The belt is only covered under warranty if the cause the broken belt is from an item on the deck that has malfunctioned.  The fact that your deck belt broke so quickly alerts us that something else may be wrong.  There could be a range of concerns or it could just be that the belt broke.  We suggest that when speaking with your local dealer about a new belt that they look to see if any other problems may exist.  If you decide to purchase another belt and it ends up breaking again then that would be the red flag that your local dealer needs to check to see the source of the problem.
