I purchased a Poulan Pro PP4218AVX 18-Inch chainsaw on February 10th with a mail-in coupon for a storage case. It's now
April 21st and it has not arrived. The information on the mail-in certification said to allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. It's now 10 weeks. Would you check your records to determined the status of this delivery, please.
