Riding Lawn Mowers

I purchased a new HUSQVARNA YTH22V46XLS and had a few questions. 1) When I start the unit ,the AMP METER goes up to around 15-16 Amps. Then it goes down and stays at around 2-3 amps at fast idle and in use.(Barely above neutral line) What should it read during use? Secondly,one of the reviewers said "The Husqvarna(yth22v46xls) has the reinforced deck with grease fittings on the pulleys". I cannot see or find the grease fitting on the pulleys or find them on any parts book or pictures. Could they have put the wrong pulleys on mine?.I do see them on other units. I wouldn't know why they would be left off this upper end unit. 3) They put the steering wheel on off center. Easy Fix? 4) Do you make small bottles of touch up paint for chips? Mine was delivered with a few chips,and I would hate for them to start rusting. I think I got a Monday Unit.Thank You Tim O'Brien
