How do you register a product that ask for a model product name when you cannot find a name that will work?

The registration site has been down over a month and no one at Husqvarna knows how to fix it apparently.
Call 800-487-5951.
If you need looking up part lists that no not in the public forget it. They could even find info on the parts they sent me unassembled. Had me to go to a local dealer and the dealer no idea either.
What a way to run a company. No one seems to know what they are doing now and seems to be only getting worse too.
