    I PURCHASE A BACKPACK LEAF BLOWER, 1 1/2 YEARS AGO,I USED FOR A TANK OF FUEL WHEN I FIRST PURCHASED IT.THE SECOND YEAR I CANNOTGET THE BLOWER TO START.I WENT BACK TO LOWES FOR SERVICE BUT THEY REFERED ME TO YOUR WEB SITE.I HAVEREAD SOME VERY BAD REVIEWS AND HOPE THIS NEGITIVE RESPONSE DOES NOT APPLY TO TO MY PURCHASE

      Try emptying the fuel tank and putting fresh fuel mix and prime. If this does get it to start then it needs to serviced. Most likely it will be an old related problem and not covered by the warranty; therefore, any small shop should be able to repair it if they have a confident tech on hand.

      The main problem with dealers is that they only want to service what they sell and not something that was sold by another dealer especially when comes to warranty service. Apparently they are having a real hard time getting reimbursed for warranty work. With me being an independent shop I service just any thing that comes in as long it is not warranty work. I refer customer that wanting back to dealer they purchase the equipment from.
