I purchased a Poulan Pro PP4218AVX chain saw on 7 July 2012 and was told that I would be receiving a carrying case within 4 to 8 weeks. I just spent 20 minutes on the phone, was transferred 6 times and every single person stated that they did not handle that particular offer. I was even transferred to one person twice. I now have 3 different phone numbers, but no answer. I spoke to Jay, Amanda, Shannon, Lauren and Melissa. Mind you, I like the saw. I would just like to receive the promised carrying case. Is it on its way?

Persistence pays off! I just spoke to a Milyana at 877-257-6921 and she made up for all of the problems I encountered earlier. According to her, the case should be here in about 7 days. At least she asked me more than one question, and remained with me until the question was answered and the part properly ordered. I'll have to find another phone number to call to express my gratitude for Milyana.....on my way.
OK - now Sylvia and other staff know how great Milyana did on this request. Suggestion for everyone. Be just as ready to offer a compliment as you are to identify a complaint. Just sayin'
