Question:
What would cause the axle of my Husqvarna 7021R to separate from the wheel after using the Self-Propelled feature?
Details:
Today, when I pressed the Self-Propelled lever the whole deck shifted, as if was jacked up. The rear axle separated from the rear right wheel. The mower is spotless, clean and is practically is new condition. The wheel is now just dangling and turns 360 degrees. Any suggestions, info or what would separate the axle from the wheel? The manual and schematic are not really much help how it is pieced together. Thank you.

I can't think of a circumstance that would lead to the described phenomenon. The wheel will separate if the bolt holding it to the frame falls out or if it is hit by lightning. Can you provide an image of the mower with the hanging wheel?
