Walk Behind Lawn Mowers

I want to know why Husqvarna has no real support except to go to a chat sit to discuss problems that should have been resolved before manufacturing. They are probably stealing your ideas. Your parts are junk your product is junk. Have parts been redesigned to actually work as intended or do I pay out of my pocket for the same poorly designed and cheap parts. Why can't I speak with someone in the the company that gets paid more than minimum wage. I won't to speak with an engineer or model design
