    Question:
My 125BV blower-vacuum: I can't get the vacuum tube off of the blower body. It slipped on over the tabs on the blower body, but I am afraid I am going to tear the vacuum tube trying to pry it over the tabs to remove it with a screwdriver.

The vacuum tube is locked into place by twisting it clockwise. If you twist it counter-clockwise it should release the tube.

      Hope this helps.

Huskvana 125BV. My vacuum tube has 4 slots that slide over tabs on the circular surface of the air intake. The tab shoulders prevent the tube from being rotated either clockwise or counterclockwise; as you try to rotate the tube, the sides of the slots rest against the side shoulders of the tabs and I cannot rotate the tube over the shoulders of the tabs. I feel really stupid as I'm sure there's an easy way to do it.

Those tabs are part of the vacuum tube, too. You don't have to get them to release. Just twist the whole thing off of the blower body (may take a little jiggling) and you'll be all set. (I had the exact problem yesterday and tried for half an hour to get the tube off the tabs).
