Riding Lawn Mowers

Bought New YT42DXLS riding mower. Bought the two bag grass catcher also. This has to be the worst design ever. Cant get but one full bag when the tube slips out of rubber grommet and showers me with grass clippings. Mow two times a week. Mower has less then 12 hours on it and now grommet is deformed and sliding out of top almost every time I empty bags. Over 3 hundred for an item that doesn't work? Absurd at the least.
