    Question:
    I purchased and registered "Husqvarna 440E 16-Inch 40.9cc 2-Stoke X-Torq Gas Powered Chain Saw (CARB Compliant)" on May 2,2012. I brought it to Portugal and have a total of ~10 hours of usage time on the chainsaw. It seems like the engine has seized, because the pull cord won't pull and the engine won't turn over (it's stuck). I used the proper oil additive to the gas in the proper ratio (I have owed 2 other chain saws over the last 35 years and never had this problem). I was cutting mainly pine trees and it was working very well, with the exception that the chain kept becoming loose & I had to stop the saw & retighten the chain (a nuisance). Please help. Based on your info, it is still under warrenty. What is the procedure now that I'm in Portugal with it. I did buy from your company because of your reputation and there are Husqvarna dealers near me.
