Question:

My new t435 chain saw will NOT shut off. How do I get warranty service? I woild like suggestions on how to stop it iff it happens again. It will not happen a third time.

Thanks for contacting us at Answer Army. Sounds to me that you have a bad switch on the chainsaw, I would discontinue use for the mean time until we have the unit evaluated and taken care of. Please follow the link below to locate a servicing dealer near you.

Please be sure you have your proof of purchase ready for the servicing dealer to be able to authorize the warranty work.
