    Question:
First of all I would like to know how to contact Husqvarna by email directly. Heres my problem. Last April we purchased a RZ4623 zero turn mower. Within a month a spindle and pulley broke. We purchased an extended warranty. Within a month a pulley broke and Lowes sent it to their repair place. (In Cincinnati. We live in Indiana) It took over 5 weeks to get it back. Right away it did the same thing. This time they had no idea how long it would be. The repair shop was over loaded. After complaining to the manager at Lowes, they gave us a new mower. Now the very same thing has happened again. The center of the pulley just crumbles. I called the Protection plan and she said we would have to send it away for repairs. They could not just send us a pulley or reimburse us if we purchased one on our own. Is anyone else having trouble with their pulleys? We are mowing about an acre of flat ground. I refuse to send it in for repairs because our grass would be knee high before we get it back and I know the people of Lowes got tire of me going in there every week!!

good luck contacting Husqvarna by e-mail. I  believe they are in the business of selling equipment and not concerned with any inconvenience of the buyer . I will not buy another Husqvarna product.

I am having the same problem with my Aunts Rz4623 mower. The pully fell off in pieces. i asked my relative if mower was still under warranty . And she can't remember where the papers are  I know she purchased the mower 2013. When the mower arrived it was not wired correctly "no presence control"  it would not start and had to be sent in for repairs.  The repair company was great they even loaned us a mower during the time it took to repair wiring problem. I really enjoyed mowing with this mower but now I am having problems. I had just charged the battery and thought I was going to mow for the first time this season. I was letting the mower warm up I heard a loud bang and then I seen parts of plastic on the ground. I didn't even move the mower it broke while idling . Now my Aunt is irritated at me like I did something wrong. And to repair its going to cost almost $400. I will be checking on warranty in the morning I really hope mower is covered.
