I purchased a mower Hyper Tough 20" Gas-Powered Side Discharge Lawn Mower from Walmart on June 9, 2017. It has been trouble since day one but my husband has tried to make it work. It has starting problems and now it won't start at all. He has back problems and has had to really work hard to get it started each time. It says it has a 1 year warranty and we would like to get it repaired or replaced.

Have you tried talking to Wal-mart? If the mower I purchased from them last for parts is any example they may just take it under their satisfaction guarantee.
The Murray I purchased had been ran with out oil, had a bend blade, and even a bent crankshaft.
Otherwise any Briggs and Stratton dealer should be able to handle the repairs.
