I bought new Husqvarna yth 2346 riding mower at the end of...escalated

Question:
I bought new Husqvarna yth 2346 riding mower at the end of may 2013 here it is may of 2014 my mower just turned 49 hrs
and the welds that hold the brackets to the mower deck broke off causing the mower deck to slide 3/4 of the way out the passenger side of the mower while mowing the lawn
ive called cust support several times and it seems as im getting the run around.
my question is why?
im thinking that I may have to get the atty gen involved along with the bbb if this doesn't get taken care of.
so why the run around on a new machine?
