    Question:
we purchased the Weedeater One Riding lawn mower. the right front tire was flat when we got it home. we filled it up with air, but only holds the air for a day and then goes flat again. i check the valve stems, but they were tight. we request you send a new wheel and tire and RMA the one we have that goes flat. we purchased the mower about two and a half weeks ago. we had thought we did an inquiry last week but apparently our registration did not take.

It sounds like your tire has a problem indeed.  Weed Eater is unable to ship parts directly to customers and have to use our Servicing Dealers to order them.  There are two options that you can pursue.  First, you may exchange the unit at the store you purchased the model.  Second, the easiest option would be to contact your local Servicing Dealer for a replacement part.  Please visit http://www.weedeater.com/node7833.aspx to find your local dealer.  They can ensure that your product is registered and order parts under warranty if available.
