Riding Lawn Mowers

I have a LTH1538 that stalls after about 15 minutes of running. I changed the gas but still stalls. When I turn the blades off sometimes it will sputter and the the engine will still run. Any ideas if this may be a full line problem. When it stalls and shuts off completely it won't start back up unless I wait 10-15 minutes.
