Need warranty - left front drive wheel assembly fell off
Details:
purchased on 4/18/13 at Lowes - used 10 times - left front drive wheel assembly basically rotated 180* one day when mowing (like entire unit broke and is just hanging on axle- never his any walls/rocks/trees.
called 3 local "authorized service centers" for warranty - 2 told me they wont service cause it was pruchased at lowes
1 - told me i need an authorization # from Husqvarna before i drop off unit - called Husq customer service - they told me shop has to look and verify its warranty first - now what???????
who to contact - very poors after sale support - have had to borrow mower to mow last 3 weeks
