Did Husqvarna ever make a model 40 chainsaw? I think the serial # is 1050135, but I can't find any info on their web site. It needs some fixing, and I need to know parts numbers so as to do it myself. Thanks a bunch for your info!

Sure did. It look looks like started in 1978 was still made them 2014. There is actually quite part manual on the Husqvarna support site. /images/us/support/download-manuals/?query=40&types=I&brands=&page=4
