    Question:
Just received a new HU725AWD BBC delivered by FedEx. The box did not show signs of damage but when I rolled the mower out, I discovered the two braces that the handle mounts to were bent in. Both also had rub marks that made it clear that the mower was moving in the box during shipment. As much as I hated doing it, I had to get a large crescent wrench, hammer and a rag to pry the metal back into a position where the handle would line up with the holes.
This is a packing problem from the factory and can eliminated with something to keep the mower from slamming back and forth in the box. A temporary brace between the two brackets would help as well.
This was a little disappointing as my first experience with Husqvarna and I don't have a lot of time with the mower other than testing it a little. The snap-on side discharge plastic piece did fall off twice while I was testing. Each time was caused by MINOR "bumps" against a rain gutter or curb. The design for that seems a little hasty or cheap. Knowing this is a new model, I just wanted to let you know my experience so far.
