i have a craftsman riding mower model dyt4000 number is 917.273646 i need to know how to find the huskvarna model number for this machine so i can look up parts for it.
Details:
i understand this was made for sears by huskvarna i need the mulch plug/cover the blade number and the bagger number. i see a label on the inside of the hood but the numbers there don't seem to help when i look them up in sears parts directory. also what year is this? thanks bob p.

You can download the manual at this link which has all the part numbers. http://www.hammerwall.com/Download_Manual/37619/ You will have to enter a code to access it. You must use capital letters if they show them and no spaces between.
The year of your mower is 2004.

The exact date it was made is in the serial number. The fist two numbers are the month. The third and forth numbers are the day. The fifth and sixth numbers are the year.
