    Question:
Z246 ZTR control arm will not stay in brake position.Model Z246
    Product 967323902
    Details:

Z246 ZTR control arm will not stay in brake position. Is there anyway to tighten this up? Anyone know where to find an online manual that would have this? Also my headlight is not working and apparently never has. Is it supposed to be on all the time? In addition when I moved all the anti scalp wheels to their heights settings 1 of them rubs on the mower deck reinforcement trim piece and I had to remove it so the wheel would turn.

Would need the product to check the wiring setup but from the manual I looked at you have the smart switch. Is this correct?

As control arm problem it sound something there is possible bent linkage in the brake system or the spring tension at the brake end to too high.

That is one that you got to enter a passcode to start and operate the mower when compared to a regular switch that requires a key to operate..

I guess mine still starts with a key. The Plate info is

Look over the wiring diagram about the lights. They only operate in when the ignition is in run position 1 and the ignition switch is usually in run position 2 after you start the engine.; Just need switch back one position and you should have power to the lighting circuit. If you don't then there is a fault in the circuit as the circuit receives power directly from the battery through the ignition switch.
