Chainsaws

I had purchased a Husqvarna 450E chain saw from Amazon in 08/16/13. The seller is Vminnovations. First saw was returned since steel brake cannot reset so that bar and saw chain cannot be installed. The seller send a another new saw to me, but I and my friends all are fail to start it for one hour. I had used othe brand gas chain saw, never met the event. I need a power chain saw to cut a big tree in my backyard, so I selected Husqvarna chainsaw. However, I never think I would meet the trouble after I bought the saw. I want return the saw as I have not confidence to keep it, but the seller ask me to ge help from you. Could you tell me how to fix the problem?
