Question:

There is a metallic rattle on my new 128LD Trimmer only in idle. I can't see anything visually. Is this normal?

Hi David

Thanks for the question.

Have not heard of any rattles in the machine? Could be the clutch . I recommend taking to a authorized dealer for them to check out . Make sure to take a copy of your receipt with you. Again thanks for the question and make it a great day.
