    I bought a Poulan Pro 335, Model 966062901 Seriel# 11137N301170 7/29/11. It was a dry summer so it wasn't actaully used until this year about 2 months ago. After only a few tanks of gas, it will start but will not run. I took it to Power Zone in Christiansburg VA for warranty repair under the 2 year warranty listed in the manual. Our warranty was declined due to gas related issue. How can a gas power weed eater not run on gas after only 3 tanks and not be a warranty issue. This is a manufactured defect and needs to be addressed. I have called the help line, gotten an escalation ticket #93042987 and still no satisfaction. I need a real person who can address this issue or provide data to persue a legal claim. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I want some answers.
