    Question:
    Hi,

I just purchased a Husk. ST230E and noticed the left steering level doesn't always seem to steer the unit to the left. If I hold it for few seconds it might start to turn. Is this an easy cable adjustment? How do I adjust it since I just found out that they don't provide a service manual.

      Hi Mike,

      Bob Doyle here.

I had a similar problem with my Husqvarna snow thrower. I just took it back to the servicing dealer that I purchased it from and he corrected and adjusted the steering on both sides of the machine. I'm not the handiest guy in the world so I took it in (under warranty). According to the tech, he said it was an adjustment which was simple. Simple to the point that he said I should be able to do that kind of adjustment if need ever be in the future. He explained what he did and it now steers perfectly! If you are a handy guy I'm told it's to bolts to get the cover off and I guess the rest is easy (if you understand how things like this work). OR in my case let a dealer adjust it for you. If your machine is new than I'll bet the repair will be under warranty. If not you can always ask the price before hand and then decide if you'd rather tackle it yourself.

Either way, it's an easy fix.

      Hope this helps you out!

      Regards,

      Bob Doyle
