    HELLO please all i want is for you guys at husqvana is to honor your promotion of a free chainsaw case with purchase from 9/1-10/31 all i keep getting is the run around between your cust care #18004875951 and the promotion# 18884872826 this is a simple solution honor your promotion its on your web site thank you I purchased the 450 model chain saw yesterday, went to web site to order extra chain and i see your promotion for a chain saw case-power box and scabbard

    Husqvarna HONORS all of its promotions when the guidelines are followed.

    Top of the page describes that "Promotions are valid at participating independent Husqvarna dealers only."

    Only the dealers that participate in the Husqvarna Days promotions will offer the Powerbox case to consumers for purchasing a new Husqvarna chainsaw.

    The Powerbox carrying case is PROVIDED by the participating independent Husqvarna dealer NOT HUSQVARNA. If you did not receive a Powerbox carrying case the dealer may not be participating in the Husqvarna Days promotion. You must contact the selling dealer to find out if they are participating in the program.

    The promotion is available for all dealers to review on the Husqvarna dealer website.

       Thank you for contacting the AnswerARMY.

      To recieve a free carry case you must have purchased the saw from a participating authorized independant Husqvarna Sales and Service Dealer. The promotion is not available from mass merchants.

      To recieve the case you would need to contact the selling dealer to find out if they are participating in the program.

      The selling dealer would provide the case.

      I am extremely frustrated.  I ordered and recieved a new 435 and was told that I would recieve the free power box after registering the unit online.  I made 3 phone calls prior to making the purchase and was told by Husqvarna customer service that after I registered the product online the free power box would come direct from Husqvarna.  Now it seems we are all getting the flim flam from the company about this.  If you go and look at the promotion page on the compnay website it makes NO mention about the promotion being tied to participating dealers only and in fact before making my purchase I called many dealers and all of them told me that  there was no dealer promotion for a free power box.  HONOR YOUR OFFER!!!!!  IT'S ON YOUR WEBSITE.......MAKE GOOD ON THIS SHOULD WE NOW ASSUME THAT THIS IS BUSINESS AS USUAL FOR YOUR COMPANY.

          I completely agree.........I was told by HUSQVARNA CUSTOMER SERVICE that the power box would come from them directly after registering the new saw online.  I also tried to find a dealer who had even HEARD  of this promotion to no avail......this whole thing is a flim flam come on and if it is not made right I'll never buy another Husqvarna product again and I will spread the word......................

          I'm also disapointed and frustrated with this promotion. I bought a 445 chainsaw the last week of October and the dealer knew nothing about the promotion, so no chainsaw case. He said he would talk to his sales rep, but I 've not recieved a call back.

          Sounds like Husqvarna needs to improve the communication with their dealers.

          A dealer choosing not to participate is one thing, but this dealer didn't even know about it 7 weeks into the 2 month promotion.
