Blowers

We received our Weed Eater blower extension kit a few weeks ago and didn't open it right away. We didn't need it. When we did open it today to use it, it was missing the curved nozzle part. It had the elbow, but no other curved part. (The piece that actually goes into the gutter!)Without this piece, the new product is unusable. Will you send the missing part ASAP?
