Zero Turn Mowers

i have a Husqvarna zero turn mower EZ4824K. its an 09 model mower with 42.8 hours. I was cutting my grass this week and the mower stopped. i took it to a local Husqvarna dealer and they told me that the clutch bracket failed, the clutch spun and ripped wiring and broke the clutch and pulleys underneath the unit. They told me that it was definately a manufacturers failure, but they could not warranty it. i have called Husky and they said that no matter how low the hours are, since its an 09 model, I'm stuck. is there anything that husqvarna will do to help me, its going to cost $485 to fix it. i bought a commercial lawnmower to last a lifetime, not 42 hours.
