    Post Hurricane Matthew I had to have a new saw. I had received youe promotional email about saw trade in program so I decided to go Husqvarna instead of Stihl or Echo. I went to both dealers in my area and neither had seen the email or knew anything about the promotion. Given my need I bought a 445 saw (I wanted a 450 but this was as close as they could get given demand) I was unable to get the 50 dollar rebate described in your email nor did anyone offer to give an extended warranty if I purchased oil or fuel mix. I bought from your dealer network to get knowledge and experience. When I came home and discovered I could have bought the same saw on amazon WITH a case for the same price I realize I got neither. I can't fault the dealer if you guys do not communicate with them. The fact that none of the dealers know about it kinda rules out a bad dealer. Do not make offers you cannot fulfill with your dealers and get an email...this issue has no place on an open forum!
