I have a new 350 BF and the tubes do not fit tightly....i notice another person had similar problems...her is his post...
I purchased a 150BT and when fitting the straight blower tubes together the connection between the two straight tubes isn't very tight. This causes air to leak out the sides of the tube at this connection point. How do I fix this? I tried switching the two straight tube pieces around but it didn't fix the issue. The connection between the straight pieces and the end piece is fine. The connection between the straight pieces and the tube coming out of the blower housing is fine. It is just an issue for connecting the two straight tubes together where they fit together loosely and leak.
I my case, one of the tubes falls off because it is so loose...how do I get a new tube?

I just purchased a 350BT blower in May, 2015 and 2 years after this original question was asked, the problem still exists. Apparently it was not pursued by Husqvarna for a resolution. I will be calling support directly
