    I do not have a question, I have an answer to all Husqvarna consumers that do not receive a confirmation of registration email. I shouldn't have to provide this information. Husqvarna should have a website that works right, and one that publishes customer service telephone numbers and email links like the other manufacturers do instead of relying on people like me to do their work for them. But here goes: 

    If you didn't receive an email confirming a successful warranty registration and you are sure you input the correct email address or the email is not in your email junk folder try this:

    1. Clear/delete your internet browser's history and cookies

    2. Complete the on-line registration form once again making sure you upload a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase.

    3. At the bottom of the page there will be two check boxes.  Make sure you CHECK THE BOX MARKED "Privacy policy, adapted to local demands".  Then click the button "Register Product".

    4. If you did everything right, you will get a confirmation email.  If you didn't complete the form to Husqvarna's satisfaction or forgot once again to check the privacy box, you will need to complete the form again. But first make sure you clear your browser history and cookies before proceeding.

    5. Note:  If you are attempting to complete the registration form a second time you must clear/delete your browser history and cookies otherwise the registration form will not bring up the button to upload your proof of purchase receipt. I believe this to be a glitch in the form that should be addressed by Husqvarna.
