    Question:
i have a st330t. i have had a track drive for twenty years. it was a craftsman snow thrower. i never had a problem with it until last winter when it didn't start. i looked around and seen your thrower. i bought it and after a few snow falls i notice the triggers were hard to work. Fasco store took it back and worked on it. that was last winter and this year in sept i called Fasco and told them that they should work on the problem again. they work on the trigger cables and other things. on our first snow fall i started it up and tried to move it and it wouldn't move. i called them again. they took it and worked on it again changing the cables again and also changed the transmission. now the speed changed from a very fast walk to a very slow crawl. if you want the whole story please call me and i will explan to you what happen.

I POSTED THIS POST LAST YEAR ABOUT THE STEERING CONTROLS ON THIS BLOWER. I WAS GOING TO CHECK CHECK IT OVER FOR THE WINTER. THE TEMPERATURE WAS IN THE 70s THAT DAY SO THERE WOULD BE NO ICE IN THE CABLE TO STOP THE MOVEMENT. THE TRIGGER PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE. SO I CALLED THE REPAIR SHOP AGAIN TO PICK IT UP. I BOUGHT THIS BLOWER IN 1/30/2014, I HAVE HAD TO SEND IT IN EVERY YEAR FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. THERE IS GOT TO BE A PROBLEM THAT HAS TO FIXED. WE YOUR CUSTOMER AND  I SEE THERE ARE A NUMBER OF US NEED TO SEE SOMETHING DONE ABOUT THIS. GET YOUR PEOPLE LOOKING INTO THIS PROBLEM AND GET FIXED....
