Question:
I have a new 1827 track model snow thrower. After starting the unit will not go forward. I have to push and shove and it will finally move sporadically and eventually it goes forward. This works OK unless I try to go up my drive which is slightly inclined. It just sits and vibrates. This is not a steep hill and my previous cheaper track model did just fine. This unit is too big for me to keep this up. Wish I could return it.
Second, the steering controls only work about 25% of the time. I squeeze the trigger and either nothing happens or the trigger is very hard to pull.
The chute rotation is also difficult to work. I end up having to stop the machine and use both hands to get it rotated.
Can you suggest help for all three of these questions?
